Bob Owen, President Mr. Owen is a graduate of Duquesne University, Pittsburgh PA with Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance Major with a concentration in Real Estate. Bob is a licensed real estate broker in PA (RB-050470-L) and certified real estate appraiser (RL-000928-L) with 20 years of experience in buying, selling, developing, managing and valuing residential real estate. He has successfully operated Owen Appraisal Service since April 11, 1994. Mr. Owen is the authorized dealer representative for the Preston and Garrett County region for Mountain Creations Inc, provider of high quality northern white cedar log home packages and materials. Dewane Smith, Vice President Mr. Smith is your Master Carpenter with over 25 years in the home building industry. Dewane grew up in Garrett County and later served his country in the Air Force. Following his service he spent years in the home construction industry from Florida to Pennsylvania. Dewane is the site supervisor and coordinator of all crew and sub-contractors on the build of your new home. Mr. Smith is well known and respected as a skilled trim carpenter and is capable of securing some of the best sub-contractors in the region to insure the craftsmanship necessary to insure our high level of finish and customer satisfaction.
